This is exciting for me because one of my favorite books is "The Wolf and The Dove" by Kathleen
Woodwiss. It was set at the time of William the Conqueror's conquest over England. I named my
daughter, Aislon, for "The Dove" (Aislinn) in the book (I changed the spelling in order to also honour
my father, Lon Stiver Burnam, Jr..) Aislinn is and Irish Gaelic name meaning dream or vision. Lon
comes from Lawrence which means strong. Thus Aislon means strong dream or vision.
